Almost missed today’s SAL update but thankfully I’ve not been slacking on the sitching at least 2/3 of the last few weeks. Border is making some good progress although it’s not an easy TV-project (I spend most of my time looking through the ziplock bag to pull out colours or beads and it gets quite noisy haha). Thankfully for this project I don’t have a cat because that would just asking for trouble. I also added a little picture at an angle to show you the detail and how actually in real life, a good amount of this cross stitch is sparkly, not so obvious in pictures. // J’ai failli manquer la MAJ d’aujourd’hui mais heureusement pour moi j’etais preparee avec une dizaine d’heures d’avancee par rapport a la derniere fois. La bordure avance meme si ce n’est pas le projet ideal pour se mettre devant la tele (Je passe le plus clair de mon temps a fouiller dans le sac pour chercher mes couleurs ou mes perles et c’est plutot bruyant). Heureusement que je n’ai pas de chat pour m’aider a broder ou ca serait la catastrophe. En bonus une photo pour montrer le detail brillant qui ne se traduit pas tres bien en photo.
In other news, house hunting is having me pull my hair out as we’re back to square one due to a seller cancelling on us. We were hoping to move in this month, now it will be unlikely before new years, the biggest aggravation for me is still not having room for a decent desk chair ! Unfortunately not much that can be done about, let’s just hope that our new quest for the holy grail will bring even better fortune than what we’d initially settled for ! // A part ca, la quete pour une maison me donne des cheveux blancs, vu que les vendeurs ont annule la vente. On esperait emmenager ce mois-ci mais retour a la case depart, ce qui m’embete le plus c’est d’etre coincee avec chaise de cuisine pour mon bureau faute de place. Mais ce n’est pas la mer a boire, on finira bien par trouver quelque chose et peut etre qui sait, mieux que ce qu’on allait acheter a la base !
